What do we Teach on YTT Bristol Course-
Hatha-Yoga or posture work– A series of postures each month designed to work on various parts of body, mind and soul for health, well being and spiritual development with various options and variations so you can teach posture work to all level students in your regular yoga classes once you are fully qualified.
Pranayama- You will learn a Monthly group of pranayama practices to cleanse our mind, emanations and nary system for regaining health, well being as well as peace, harmony and equality of mind over the YTT Bristol course period.
Jnan-Yoga or relaxation techniques– You will learn a specific techniques of relaxation for your personal development as well as enabling you to be able to offer various tools of relaxation as per the needs of your students.
Yoga Philosophy- Over the one year Yoga Teacher Training Bristol you will learn foundation of Rishiculture ashtanga yoga, patanjali’s ashtanga yoga, other yoga scriptures, and other aspects of yoga rooted in hindu life style to be able to grow deal with our life situations better as well as grow spiritually. As an outcome you will be able offer these basic yogic fundamentals to your students in your daily yoga classes and yoga retreats.
Bhajans and Mantra- We also teach bhajans-devotionall singing and mantra chanting as Bhakti yoga for cleansing pour body, mind, soul, chakras and empowering our true self. It is also preparation towards our kundalini yoga and Laya Yoga.
Karma-Yoga– Learning to be skilful in action through karma yoga. You will be doing some karma yoga over the period of your ashram stay to get isight into being one with our true self in each and every aspect of life, and learning to live our yogic life.
Anatomy and Physiology and Yoga– You will learn a basic of anatomy and physiology to understand how to teach and what to be aware of in regular classes and also giving you insight into how to design one to one sessions for specific needs of your yoga students needs.
What You Will be doing over the YTT Bristol Training period– practice your monthly hath a-yoga, pranayama and relaxation as your sadhana and understanding impact of your daily life on practice and write your reposts. Completing and submitting your homework in time. Attending all the YTT Weekends in Bristol and at Ashram, if you have reasons or other commitment organising your dates to go over the practices with us.
Recruiting students for Yoga Teacher Training Bristol
Now we are recruiting serious and sincere yoga students for our 2015-16 April intake and some spaces are available. This course is for those once looking into learning and practicing holistic yoga more than just the physical or hath a-yoga part of it. This 200hrs Yoga Teacher Training Course in Bristol comprises of 9 weekends- once in a month Saturday 11am to 6pm and sunday 9am to 3pm; and two long weekends at yoga satsanga ashram west waleFriday morning to sunday afternoon. Each month you will learn a series of postures- hatha-yoga, pranayama, visualisations and relaxation techniques, meditation techniques and Ashtanga-Yoga Philosophy of Maharishii Patanajali along with other parts of Hindu Philosophy in connection to yoga and evolution.
